FOR PRE-ORDERS

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 – 7 business days after bulk inventory is received.

Pre-Orders are estimated to arrive approximately 6 - 7 weeks after the store closes.
It takes our artisans about 3 weeks to craft each piece, 2 weeks to arrive on our doorstep, and up to 2 weeks for global delivery.

Please note: Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been handed off to the designated shipping carrier.

We ship using trusted and trackable delivery services including Canada Post, UPS, and DHL.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All shipping timeframes are estimated guidelines only. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, weather events, or any unforeseen circumstances outside of our control—including but not limited to force majeure or acts of God.

DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS

Please read carefully before completing your purchase: All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their country’s regulations. These costs are not covered by Forum Vondu. We recommend using online duty calculators to estimate potential fees—especially for customers in Europe and the UK, where thresholds may be lower. Customers in the United States often benefit from a higher duty-free limit (around $800 USD). If customs fees are declined and the order is returned to us: Shipping costs (original + return) will be deducted from your refund. No full refunds will be issued in this scenario. Forum Vondu is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

Forum Vondu pieces are made with intention. All returns are reviewed carefully, and refunds are only issued if we’ve made a mistake on your order.

TO REQUEST A RETURN

To begin a return, email forumvonduclo@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with the following:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Photos of the item received
  • Reason for your return

We will review your request and respond with next steps if approved.
Do not send your item back without approval—unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

APPROVED RETURNS

Refunds are only approved in the case of our fulfillment error—wrong item, size, or color.
Once approved:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
  • We recommend using a trackable method for return shipping
  • Once the return is received and verified, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We do not issue refunds for the following:

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Undeliverable or refused packages (including customs refusal)
  • Delays caused by the carrier (Canada Post, UPS, DHL)
  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered
  • Return requests made after 5 days of delivery

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

SHIPPING BACK RETURNS

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Items must arrive at our facility to be eligible for a refund.

FORUMVONDU CLOTHING Owns all garments and designs used on garments. These designs created are protected, please do not produce replicas with our brand name, concept, phraseology.

REFUNDS

REFUND POLICY

We are a collective built on clarity and intention. Each order is fulfilled with care—every piece, every time. That said, we understand things happen. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.

GENERAL REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds are only issued under the following condition:

  • The wrong item (size or color) was sent due to our error

All other refund requests—including delays, undeliverable packages, customs refusals, or incorrect information provided by the customer—are not eligible for refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • A refund request must be submitted to forumvonduclo@gmail.com within 5 days of your delivery date.
  • You must receive written approval from us before sending anything back.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
  • If we did not authorize the return or if the item is returned without prior contact, no refund will be issued.

NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

We will not provide refunds for the following:

  • Customer error (incorrect size, color, or item ordered)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Packages refused due to customs, duties, or import taxes
  • Undeliverable packages due to missed delivery or incomplete address
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers (Canada Post, UPS, DHL)
  • Interruption of service (weather, customs clearance, holidays, etc.)
  • Failure to request a refund within 2 days of delivery

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

APPROVED REFUNDS

If your refund is approved after our review:

  • The refund will be issued back to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale or discounted items are final sale—non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty on arrival.

RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is authorized, all shipping costs to return the item to us are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or unconfirmed returns.
