<p>We are a collective built on clarity and intention. Each order is fulfilled with care—every piece, every time. That said, we understand things happen. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.</p>

<h4>GENERAL REFUND CONDITIONS</h4>
<p><strong>Refunds are only issued under the following condition:</strong></p>
<ul>
  <li>The wrong item (size or color) was sent due to our error</li>
</ul>

<p>All other refund requests—including delays, undeliverable packages, customs refusals, or incorrect information provided by the customer—are not eligible for refund.</p>

<p><strong>To be eligible for a refund:</strong></p>
<ul>
  <li>A refund request must be submitted to <a href="mailto:forumvonduclo@gmail.com">forumvonduclo@gmail.com</a> within 5 days of your delivery date.</li>
  <li>You must receive written approval from us before sending anything back.</li>
  <li>The item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.</li>
  <li>If we did not authorize the return or if the item is returned without prior contact, no refund will be issued.</li>
</ul>

<h4>NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS</h4>
<p>We will not provide refunds for the following:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Customer error (incorrect size, color, or item ordered)</li>
  <li>Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout</li>
  <li>Packages refused due to customs, duties, or import taxes</li>
  <li>Undeliverable packages due to missed delivery or incomplete address</li>
  <li>Delays caused by shipping carriers (Canada Post, UPS, DHL)</li>
  <li>Interruption of service (weather, customs clearance, holidays, etc.)</li>
  <li>Failure to request a refund within 5 days of delivery</li>
</ul>
<p>We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.</p>

<h4>APPROVED REFUNDS</h4>
<p>If your refund is approved after our review:</p>
<ul>
  <li>The refund will be issued back to your original payment method</li>
  <li>Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider</li>
  <li>You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.</li>
</ul>

<h4>FINAL SALE ITEMS</h4>
<p>All sale or discounted items are final sale—non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty on arrival.</p>

<h4>RETURN SHIPPING</h4>
<p>If a return is authorized, all shipping costs to return the item to us are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error.</p>
<p>We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or unconfirmed returns.</p>

<p>Forum Vondu pieces are made with intention. All returns are reviewed carefully, and refunds are only issued if we’ve made a mistake on your order.</p>

<h4>TO REQUEST A RETURN</h4>
<p>To begin a return, email <a href="mailto:forumvonduclo@gmail.com">forumvonduclo@gmail.com</a> within 5 days of delivery with the following:</p>

  <li>Order number</li>
  <li>Full name</li>
  <li>Photos of the item received</li>
  <li>Reason for your return</li>
</ul>
<p>We will review your request and respond with next steps if approved.<br>
<strong>Do not send your item back without approval—unauthorized returns will not be refunded.</strong></p>

<h4>APPROVED RETURNS</h4>
<p>Refunds are only approved in the case of our fulfillment error—wrong item, size, or color.<br>Once approved:</p>

  <li>The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging</li>
  <li>You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated</li>
  <li>We recommend using a trackable method for return shipping</li>
  <li>Once the return is received and verified, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method</li>
</ul>

<h4>NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS</h4>
<p>We do not issue refunds for the following:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Incorrect address entered at checkout</li>
  <li>Undeliverable or refused packages (including customs refusal)</li>
  <li>Delays caused by the carrier (Canada Post, UPS, DHL)</li>
  <li>Change of mind or wrong size ordered</li>
  <li>Return requests made after 5 days of delivery</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>All sale items are final sale</strong> and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.</p>

<h4>SHIPPING BACK RETURNS</h4>
<p>All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.</p>
<p>We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Items must arrive at our facility to be eligible for a refund.</p>
