Return & Refund Policy

No leaders. No followers. Just movement.

Forum Vondu pieces are made with intention. Each garment is fulfilled with care, and all return requests are carefully reviewed. Refunds are only issued in the event of a fulfillment error (wrong item, size, or color). All policies are designed to protect the integrity of our process and support fair treatment for all customers.

Return Window
You must request a return within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags attached and in original packaging

  • Receipt or valid proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved or refunded.

To Request a Return
Email forumvonduclo@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order and include the following:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Reason for your return request

We will review your request and respond with next steps if approved.
Do not send your item back without approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Approved Returns
Refunds are only approved if we made a fulfillment error (e.g., wrong item, size, or color). Once approved:

  • The item must be in original, resellable condition

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless otherwise stated)

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Once received and verified, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for the following:

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Undeliverable or refused shipments (including customs refusals)

  • Carrier delays (Canada Post, UPS, DHL, etc.)

  • Change of mind, wrong item ordered, or sizing errors

  • Return requests made more than 5 days after delivery

  • Final sale items

All discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Items must be received and approved before any refund is processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll evaluate the issue and respond accordingly.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
