What is the return policy?
APPROVED RETURNS
Refunds are only approved in the case of our fulfillment error—wrong item, size, or color.
Once approved:
• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
• You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
• We recommend using a trackable method for return shipping
• Once the return is received and verified, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING NORMALLY TAKE?
FOR PRE-ORDER
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 – 7 business days after bulk inventory is received.
Pre-Orders are estimated to arrive approximately 4 - 5 weeks after the store closes.
It takes our artisans about 3 weeks to craft each piece, 2 weeks to arrive on our doorstep, and up to 2 weeks for some global delivery.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship to select international markets. Shipping times and cost vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your location.
ARE YOUR CLOTHES MADE OF POLYESTER?
We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. NO, our clothes are not made from polyester we strive for 80-100% cotton on all garments made and designed by us (Forum Vondu).
